Die erste “Kernzone 100” Compilation zeichnet sich durch ihre düsteren Sounds aus. Mit einem modernen Take auf Techno, Breakbeat, Dub, und IDM, wird der aktuelle, in Clubs beliebte Sound gut beschrieben und repräsentiert.
Jedoch war auch klar, dass für viele die erste Compilation als tonangebend interpretiert wird, und da hier kein “Label-Sound” entstehen soll, wurde gezielt versucht verschiedene Einflüsse zusammenkommen zu lassen.

The first “Kernzone 100” compilation is focusing on darker sounds. With a modern take on Techno, Breakbeat, Dub, and IDM, the current sound of clubs is well represented.
Yet it was clear that, many people will see a first compilation as pathbreaking, and since the focus doesn’t lie on a specific label sound, I tried to connect many different styles.
